THE THIRD PHASE WILL INCORPORATE the building and subdividing of lots to be sold for the construction of single-family homes (primary or secondary investment) in a cluster development managed by the Vital Cays Eco Resort. The development of this phase will be adjacent to the location of the first two phases of the project. The Project long term vision is to expand sales of lots to all three Cays. Prospective buyers will benefit from the improvements and experience by having a successful property management service already in operation.

Workforce

The proximate location of the Great Harbour Cay (GHC) will especially be convenient for the contractors and employees. Existing members of the GHC community and workers from the greater Bahamas population will have greater freedom to live on GHC where there are local amenities and social engagement opportunities. The Vital Cays equipment acquisitions will include a small fleet of boats that will stand ready to move employees from GHC to the three Vital Cays.
